Meet the Team

Shelly Gregg

Shelly has been with our clinic since May of 1998. She is married and has a son, a daughter, and five wonderful grandchildren. She also has one silly dog and three lazy cats. Some of her favorite pastimes are shopping, antiquing, gardening, and of course, spoiling her grand kids.

Linda Vaughn

Linda has been a receptionist with us since 2000. She is married and is the mother of three. She has been blessed with four grandchildren (two girls and two boys!) She is a graduate of the University of Missouri and is a HUGE Tiger fan. Linda enjoys golf, bicycling, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends. Her four-legged family includes three dogs and two cats.

Kim Rooney

Kim Rooney has been the co-owner and office manager/bookkeeper at our clinic since 2001 when she and her husband, Dr. Rooney purchased the practice. In addition to her many duties at the clinic, she is also a personal trainer and nutritional consultant. She also enjoys babysitting for their new granddaughter, Charlie. She has two dogs, Sydney and Murphy and two cats, Gibby and Bitty. In her very little spare time, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and friends.

Rachel Bergen, RVT 

Rachel has been working at CRAC since 2005. She graduated from Maple Woods as a registered vet tech in 2007. Rachel is the wife of an amazing husband and the mommy of three sweet little girls, as well as a menagerie of furry, feathery and scaly babies. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, shopping and coffee.

Brenda McBride, RVT

Brenda joined our team in August of 2010.. She grew up in Kansas City surrounded by family and pets. She has worked in the veterinary field since she was 20 years old. She fell in love with the nursing side of veterinary medicine. She graduated from Maple Woods vet tech program in 1981. Brenda finds helping people take care of their animal, as well as getting to know the clients very rewarding. She spends her free time with her husband, 2 sons and 2 grand kids. She dearly loves her 14 year old Cocker Spaniel, Sophie!

Lori Peace

Lori, after nearly 30 years of working in accounting, re-careered and found her way to our clinic in 2008. Lori enjoys working with clients and their pets at the front desk and helping the doctors and technicians when she can. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, and with the help of family and friends, caters weddings, anniversary parties, dances and other special events several times a year. In the spring of 2013, Lori's daughter, Courtney, got her started on a run/walk program and together they ran six 5K races last summer and fall, They have several races on the calendar for the near future too!

Lisa Galvan, RVT

Lisa has worked at our clinic since November 2010. She attended Brown Mackie College where she received her Vet Technician degree. She lives in Greenwood with her husband and their five dogs. Some hobbies include traveling, spending time with her friends and her fish aquarium.

Faith Hawley

Faith has been with Chipman Road Animal Clinic since 2013. She has been accepted at the University of Missouri's College of Veterinary Medicine Class of 2021. In her free time she enjoys riding horses and spending time with friends, family, and her cat Mowgli with whom she has weekly tea parties.

Tiffany McNay, RVT 

Tiffany joined the CRAC family in 2015. She is a graduate of Brown Mackie College. She is married and has three fur babies. She thoroughly enjoys eating, spending time with family and sharing ice cream cones with her dogs.

Sarah Bolton

Sarah joined our team in January of 2016. She grew up in Blair, Nebraska. She enjoys spending time outdoors and anything sports related. She also likes spending time with her sister, her two dogs Khaos and Sasha, and her rescue cat Roo.

Micra Callender, RVT

Micra is a graduate of the vet program at Maple Woods College. She grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Her special vet technician interests are pet pain relief, pathology, and dentistry. She also loves gardening, reading, fishing, and scrapbooking.

Megan McGowan

Megan joined the CRAC team in 2014. She grew up surrounded by animals and always dreamed of working with them. Megan has quite the collection including four dogs and three cats. In her spare time she enjoys camping, riding and racing dirt bikes, taking her dogs to the dog park and lake, and simply spending time outdoors with her family.
